HEALTHY HEART WITH WHITE WATER

Actually do not need expensive to be healthy. Simply by consuming water body needs, then we will avoid the risk of heart disease, at least this is the result of research from Loma Linda University in California.
The results of the study concluded that drinking at least five glasses of water a day less frequently died from a heart attack than those who drank water less than two glasses per day. Conversely people who drink water but died in the attack risk compared jantuftg who drank less.
The study involved 12,017 men and 8280 women aged 38 years. Selatna six-year study led by Jacqueline Chan, DrPH with colleague Synnove Knutsen, MD, PhD, is recorded events and the development of coronary heart disease. Of these 246 respondents died of heart disease.
Furthermore, the results of studies published in the American Journal of Epidemiology is mention the risk of heart attack at the respondents who drank more than 5 cups per day reduced to 41 percent. While the risk of the condition in men who consumed other beverages including tea, coffee, juice, milk and alcohol remain at greater risk for heart attacks.
Why does this happen? According to Chan drinking water will be absorbed into the bloodstream. This can reduce the thickness of the blood vessels. Therefore the risk of heart attack that triggered blood clotting would be reduced. Conversely other beverages will thicken the blood vessels, the article after it is digested material will contain the same concentration in the blood.
Consume enough fluids to prevent dehydration or lack of body fluids. If the body is dehydrated, the body's metabolic processes would be disrupted. As a result the body becomes weak, lose concentration, and advanced dehydration can cause death.
In a state of dehydration, the body will take water from the body itself, including from the cells and blood. Because the water content decreases, the blood becomes more viscous. Heart and blood vessels work harder too. As a result the body is more at risk of suffering from hypertension and heart attacks. In addition, the concentration of more viscous blood can make the kidneys work extra hard to filter blood. So the kidneys also contribute threatened.
So, drink more water.
